Formerly incarcerated people are allowed to vote in the State of Ohio even if
they have a felony conviction, as long as they meet all other general eligibility
requirements for voting (U.S. citizen, age 18 or older on the day of the election,
meet residency requirements, etc.). Those who are sentenced to probation are
on parole are eligible to register and vote.
