The COVID-19 vaccine is being distributed in Cuyahoga County according to guidance from the Ohio Department of Health.
Am I eligible for the COVID-19 vaccine?
All Ohio residents over the age of 12 are eligible to receive a COVID-19 vaccine.
How do I register?
You have two options to register:
- Visit the Ohio Department of Health Vaccine Management System website.
- Call 2-1-1.
