In 2008 Dan left for Princeton, where after four years of undergraduate work he emerged with a History B.A. with Honors, an unanticipated command of Chinese and German, and a hatred for New Jersey roads. Without intending it, his studies converged on political and economic reform and institutional developments in American business, culminating in a thesis on South Carolina's wildly-successful international business recruitment program. Dan hopes to continue to work in both the public and the private sectors to help restore Cleveland to its historical place as one of the foremost cities of business and civic activity in the United States.
