This summer he is working with the IT Department’s GIS Division to draw up a Data Governance Plan that will enable the County to use and distribute data efficiently and effectively. Jeff is incredibly thankful for the opportunity that the County Fellowship Program has provided in helping him to eventually come back to Cleveland and help the city he loves through public service.![Saida Gjinatori portrait of Saida Gjinatori](https://cuyahogacms.blob.core.windows.net/home/images/default-source/innovation/fellows/2016/gjinatorisaida.jpg?sfvrsn=7887650f_4)
