ReadyEx

ReadyEx is a comprehensive Tabletop Exercise (TTX) Program, developed by the Office of Emergency Management, to strengthen the emergency preparedness and resilience of groups within Cuyahoga County.

The program is designed for schools, healthcare providers, local governments, chemical facilities, and any other organization. ReadyEx provides all the materials necessary to plan and conduct a Tabletop Exercise. With ready-to-use templates and user guides, an agency can use ReadyEx to complete the exercise process entirely on their own or with support from our staff as needed. The program tests aspects of each audience's emergency plan by utilizing various hazard scenarios including Active Aggressor, Hazardous Material Incident, and Extreme Weather. A blank template is also available to create your own scenario.
