| Text Size | No smaller than 1/10 of an inch |
| Compare with Map Book | |
| Accurate Plat Title | Check for correct PP#s, Correct Purpose of Plat, i.e. Lot Split or Consolidation, etc., County, City, and O.L. # |

| Bearings and Distances on Each Course | Including Centerline Curve Data: Needs Distance, Radius, Chord and Bearing |
