Below are the dockets containing the scheduled hearings for each board on each respective day. These dockets are for reference only and are not updated after posting for the week. This information is subject to change.

Attending a Hearing:

Whether you have a scheduled hearing or would simply like to observe a hearing, there are a few different ways to attend.

1. IN-PERSON: You can attend a hearing in-person. Our office is located at 2079 E. 9th Street Cleveland, OH 44115 on the 2nd floor.
   a. To enter the building, you will have to go through security and a mask may or may not be required.
   b. Once you arrive in the BOR offices, alert the receptionist that you are here for your hearing and sign in next to your name. If no one is at the desk, press the doorbell and someone will be with you momentarily.
   c. If you are here to observe a hearing, simply tell the receptionist which hearing you would like to observe and she will alert the appropriate board that you will be sitting in. If no one is at the desk, press the doorbell and someone will be with you momentarily.
   
   
2. ZOOM: You can attend through Zoom. If you have a scheduled hearing and provided our office with an email address, you should’ve received a Zoom link about 2 weeks prior to your hearing. If you did not receive the Zoom link, please call our office at 216-443-7195 and we can resend it. If you do not have a scheduled hearing, we can send you the Zoom link for hearing that you would like to attend.
   
   
3. PHONE: If you have a scheduled hearing, you can attend by phone. You must provide our office with a valid phone number. The Board will call you at your scheduled time. The phone call will appear on your caller ID as an out of town number, and you will be greeted by an automated voice welcoming you to your Zoom meeting. Follow the prompts and you will be connected to the hearing officers conducting your hearing. *Please note that no additional equipment is needed to have your hearing by phone. *

IF YOU ARE ATTENDING A HEARING TO JUST OBSERVE, YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO PARTICIPATE IN THE HEARING IN ANY CAPACITY.
