Appeals
The Personnel Review Commission’s (PRC) appeal process is described in detail within the PRC Administrative Rules. These Rules have been added to the County Code. They include important details about the procedures and time requirements in the appeal process. All parties to an appeal should read them thoroughly to understand their rights and responsibilities once an appeal has been filed.
