Directors wishing to extend the life of an active eligibility list may request an extension. To make this request, please complete and submit the Request to Extend an Eligibility List form via the link at the bottom of this page.

• You must complete and submit the form no later than thirty (30) calendar days prior to the original expiration date. This is to ensure the Commission has adequate time to act on the request. If the request form is not submitted by this deadline, the eligibility list will expire as scheduled.
• On behalf of the Commission, the PRC staff will review your request.
• Following this review, the PRC Director may recommend to the Commission that the life of the list be extended. If the list is extended, no additional testing will be scheduled until after the new expiration date or the list is exhausted, as outlined in the PRC’s Administrative Rules.
