Inmates may be housed in the Corrections Center or at one of the satellite locations utilized by the Cuyahoga County Sheriff's Department. Specific information about visitation procedures, program access, and directions to the facility is available from the specific facility.

Notice of Change To Inmate Mail Procedures

Effective June 15, 2024

 

Telephones

Telephones are made available for inmate use on a daily basis. These phones are coinless collect phones. No incoming phone calls or messages are accepted for inmates.

Inmates can purchase a prepaid calling card from the commissary to make calls. Family and friends may set up an advance connect account via Securus technologies to receive calls.

NOTE: Attorneys wishing to ensure your phone number is privileged, you must contact the Warden's Office at 216-443-6125. Further information will be requested, including but not limited to your bar number and valid governmental identification.

 

Damage to Property

Any inmate causing damage to any Cuyahoga County property will reimburse the CCSD.

 

Booking

Cuyahoga County Corrections Center hours of operation for dropping off and picking up prisoners:

  • 6:00 am to 6:00 pm

Prisoners on County Warrants are booked at any time.
