Behind Glass Visitation

On-site/in-person (behind glass) inmate visitation has returned at the county jail for friends, family, and clergy.

Visits must be scheduled 24 hours in advance.

Registration is closed on weekends and during observed holidays.

For minor children (ages 5 and above) proof of age and/or guardianship will be required before visitation is allowed. The Authorization for Minor Child Visitation form must be notarized and returned to: BehindGlass@cuyahogacounty.gov.

Please note that you may not schedule an in-person visit and a video visit at the same time.
