Foreclosure

The Cuyahoga County Treasurer’s Office has written a formal tax delinquency policy in the interest of giving our taxpayers a clear understanding of what to expect if they fall behind on their taxes. Please call our office at 216-443-7400 Option 1 with questions.

Foreclosure can be a reality for those that are behind in property taxes.
PLEASE NOTE: YOU CAN REDEEM YOUR PROPERTY EVEN IF THE FORECLOSURE PROCESS HAS BEGUN.
