These Boards and Commissions are composed of members who are mandated to be on the boards by virtue of their membership or position. Mandates come from the incorporating documents for the boards -- including the Ohio Revised Code, Cuyahoga County Code, and Cuyahoga County Charter.

They are NOT subject to appointment by the County Executive or County Council.
