Click the search link and then select the big green button on the next page. Depending on the time of year, it may say “file valuation complaint” or “complaint search”. Once there, select “Conduct valuation complaint search”. If you know your parcel or complaint number, you can enter that information in the search box (with the dashes). If you do not know the parcel or complaint number, hit the “Advanced Search” button under the search box and you can search by several different criteria.
