Board of Developmental Disabilities

The Board offers a full range of services, everything from in-home early intervention programs for very young children and their families to leisure programs for seniors and specialized therapies, psychological services, support administration, family resources and respite care, supported living, vocational training, community employment, rehabilitation engineering and crisis intervention.

Budget Commission

The Cuyahoga County Budget Commission is composed of three elected officials; the County Fiscal Officer, County Prosecutor, and County Executive. The County Fiscal Officer serves as the Secretary to the Commission and employs a staff to execute the statutory functions of the Budget Commission.

Office of Budget & Management (OBM)

OBM is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial matters affecting the county. The office reviews, prepares and monitors operating and capital improvement budgets, reports estimates of resources and expenditures, identifies new sources of revenue and opportunities for alternative service delivery, oversees the performance measurement initiative, analyzes legislation, performs debt management functions and sits on various committees.

Online Screenings for Behavioral Issues

The ADAMHS Board of Cuyahoga County offers free online screenings for the following behavioral health issues: alcohol addiction, depression, bipolar disorder, eating disorders, general anxiety disorder, posttraumatic stress disorder, and brief screen for adolescent depression.
