OBM is responsible for the analysis and interpretation of financial matters affecting the county. "Manufactured home" means a building unit or assembly of closed construction fabricated in an off-site facility, that conforms with the federal construction and safety standards established by the Secretary of Housing and Urban Development pursuant to the Manufactured Housing Construction and Safety Standards Act of 1974 and that has a label or tag permanently affixed to it certifying compliance with all applicable federal construction and safety standards.

The Veterans Memorial Bridge (also known as the Detroit-Superior Bridge)
is an iconic bridge for its representation of local history,
distinguished design, and critical connection over the industrial Flats
along the Cuyahoga River Valley. The bridge carries vehicle, bicycle,
and pedestrian traffic on its upper deck. The lower deck carried
streetcar traffic until Cleveland streetcar service stopped in 1954.
